I Saw this recipe in Everyday Food but as always
recipes are simply
inspiration for me. I usually never read the instruction because I know
i'll be adjusting everything to my liking anyway. For this dish I used baby red potatoes from the farmers market, ground
chorizo, sweet mini peppers and a poached egg. This is certainly one of my new favorite breakfast recipes. I had it with iced coffee and imagined I was in a cafe in Spain.
